At CHOZEN, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion pieces aren't the perfect fit, you can return any unworn items with original tags within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Prepare Your Package

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location. Once we receive and inspect your items, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
